She Graduated!

Abbygail getting her Diploma from her Teacher!

A hug from the Teacher's helper!
Abby with her Diploma and tassel.
Preschool graduation is over. I had tears. Which who wouldn't when the kids walk in as the song Let them be little played. This song has always given me tears.

So Abbygail is officially done with preschool and will go to Kindergarten in the fall.

If you haven't heard the song or you want to hear it again try going to-

So what were you doing 10 years ago? May, 28, 1999 to be exact.

My friends and I were getting ready to enter our High School Gymnasium together for the last time. There were happy thoughts of moving on with life and being done with all that high school drama and homework. There were sad thoughts of what the future would bring for us as friends.
I think in some way we were all scared to leave High School but also excited. High School is what we knew for many years.

Some time during our High School years a teacher noticed that when one of us came around the corner so did 5 others. We were almost always together. So he started calling us the 6 peas in the pod. Today, 10 years later we still think of ourselves as the 6 peas in pod. I am forever grateful that teacher gave us that name. So you may wonder what has happened in those last 10 years. We went our ways and got to experience college life. Some went 4 years others not as long. We got jobs, started families, bought new cars, went on dates, bought homes, had children, we cried, we laughed, and we found time to stay in touch.

We've been able to enjoy each others friendship by attending parties, bridal showers, weddings, and baby showers. We've chatted on the phone, sent birthday cards, and even emails and letters.

I am forever grateful for the friends I made in High School. Those friendships could never be replaced. The memories will never be forgotten.

The 6 of us at our Senior Prom! I'm the one in purple!

June 2003! All 6 of us!
So my next question is what are you doing today? 10 years later? I am getting my Abbygail ready to graduate preschool. I am already crying!

Diamonds and the Lord!

There is one thing in life I never really wanted to be. A landlord. For almost one year my hubby and I have had our little house rented out. Now the time has come for our really great renters to move and time for someone new to move in.

Well, we narrowed it down to a lady with one child. Now I called this lady and wow I must have made her day. She got very excited. She started to go on about how she felt the Spirits of the Lord in that house and the Lord was telling her that was where she needs to be. She informed me she can not go outside where she is now in her diamonds because she is afraid for her life (she is moving to our area).

Well lets hope the Lord is watching over me as well because I have a weird feeling this lady is crazy! It might be a very long year!

The bathroom

Do you have a room in your house that you would totally remodel if money wasn't an issue? Well, this bathroom is not the reason we bought this house. Its got pinkish/peach colored tiles that are accent with black tiles. Now I am not a big fan of the white and black look but what else do you do with this? The whole tub is also tiled. We just added this new shower curtain to try and update the look. The previous one was just clear and I didn't like seeing the messy bathtub toys every time I went into the bathroom. Someday hopefully the bathroom will move out of the 1970's!

Do I trust him?

My Hubby just informed me I need to go away for a weekend while he stays home to paint the bedroom! He's afraid if he paints in all in one afternoon and I am home the smell will be too much for me. Now do I trust him home alone with paint and brushes?? You think I am supposed to take the girls with me?

When the sun goes down

Abby's new saying is "When the sun goes down we go to bed". For me at this point in my pregnancy I do not care where I go to bed as long as there's a bed and its quiet.

I want to share a couple pictures of where I go when the sun goes down! Its still decorated with pink curtains and the wall sign saying SISTERS. I am sure after some time and rest someone will start painting. It won't be me though! I don't really mind the pink. I know I would like something better but I can live with pink! Its even two different shades. What can be better than that? I do miss the fairy border.
We did find some time to enjoy a visit from Grandma and Aunt M on Saturday and went to supper with them. I think they came to see the big mess we made switching rooms. Then on Sunday we took the girls to A&W for some rootbeer and stopped at a park on the way home.

Yesterday we went to Grandma's Cafe for lunch and visited with Grandma and Aunt M. We got ice cream! Grandma now has blue bunny ice cream. There are 8 flovors to pick from! We had to take Grandpa, Uncle M and Uncle J some late lunch in the field. We got to the field and of course the girls were excited to watch the tractor moving. The men came to the van to eat and wow were they dirty. One of the girls asked Uncle M if he wanted a wet wipe for his hands (I don't think that would have done too much though). He tried to tell us farmers can eat when they are dirty! At least they took time to stop and eat I guess. There was one night they didn't stop to sleep. Grandma didn't like that. I guess the sun didn't go down in their field!

Happy Tuesday Morning

Wow, I haven't posted since last Thursday! I haven't been on the computer since Friday afternoon! I opened my email today to find 60 emails that I automatically knew I could delete and one email that stated something like the following-

What is going on? I am going through blog withdrawals!

Well, I am here and will post today! Not sure where to even start though.

I would like to say I had a very relaxing weekend but it was very much the opposite of that. It was work work work.

We started changing the bedrooms around on Saturday and that was more work than I expected it to be. Hubby and I are sleeping in a pink room and I have no desire to worry about it getting painted. He's not excited though about the pink. I found toys nobody has played with since we moved so we set those aside for the garage sale. I went through all of Jade and Maddison's clothes. Then decided that Abby's could wait. Nobody can see in her dresser anyways!

Jade and Abby had more toys/trinkets that I thought. Not sure how they were so organized in what I thought were messy rooms. You haven't seen messy until you see their new room now. At some point though I will help them get it organized. They slept very good upstairs the first night but Jade had to sleep downstairs the second night. She was coughing non-stop. It was terrible. I couldn't sleep because it was so bad. We took her in yesterday morning to find out she had an ear infection and the draining from the ear was causing the cough. She is on an antibiotic but so far I see no change for the better after 3 doses. I guess we'll give it today yet and see what happens.

Maddison screamed terribly the first night in her new room. She was so overly tired though and I am sure that was the main reason she was so upset. After about 10 minutes though she was sound asleep and without her NUK! When I laid her down she was so mad she had thrown it at me. So I had just laid it next to her thinking she would take it if she wanted it. The next 2 nights she feel asleep with NO crying or screaming and slept wonderfully all by herself in her new room. Oh and without her NUK!

That's about all I have time for right now. I will post again later if I get to it. I need a day off after my day off yesterday! The house still needs some order but its clean enough for daycare today. Me I need something- I have no energy today. I am actually hoping it rains so we can call it a movie day! Kids will be out of wak I am sure since they missed an extra day. It will feel like a Monday.

only 10 minutes!

Wow did I get lucky with the Pink Fairy border! Lastnight as I got out of the tub Hubby was yelling for me to go into the bedroom. I get in there and he was all concerned about where we'll put the bed and how its all going to work out. I think he was hoping I would change my mind and call the whole thing off. So we decided where things would go. Then I sweetly said "Maybe to make things easier we'll just keep the room pink and keep the fairy border". He looked at me like I was crazy and said "No way".

Now have you ever had to take wallpaper off the wall before? Even removing a small border scares me. Well today when I had a free minute I went in there and thought I would just try one corner to see how easy it was to peel off. Well, wow did I get lucky. It pulled right off the wall with no problems. I rolled it all up and you can't even tell the border was up there. Well, except for one small small spot. I think there is just the one spot that I will need to scrape because we had a hard time getting it to stick to the wall in that area. We had to use wallpaper paste to get it to stick. I spent 5 minutes and the wallpaper border is down. Will take about 5 more minutes to get the last bit off. Only a 10 minute project. So not bad.

Good bye Fairy Border. It is alittle sad though. When Abby cleans up her toys (not often) it was one of my favorite rooms.

What we do for our children

As time is getting closer to August (well I feel it is) and I continue to grow and wait for my baby boy, Hubby and I have talked about our bedroom situation.
Here are the options:
1: Move Jade downstairs (this nickname stuff has to stop for today, its too much to type). After we give it some major needed TLC!

2: Move Jade and Abby downstairs after major needed TLC!
3: Give our wonderful 3 girls the master suite upstairs with walk-in closet (where I hide my great shopping/clearance deals and my sister's baby gifts- which I can't wait to give to her).
4: Do absolutely nothing and wait until its time for Baby Boy Wynn to move to his own room.
Now as you may have read about 6 months ago I just got my master bedroom and bathroom finished to my liking. The bedrooms on the main level were just painted last June when we moved in. Money wise its cheaper at this point to leave the basement alone.
At first I wanted to honestly turn the basement into my daycare. I could go down there in the morning and come upstairs after all the kids left. It would be like going to work and coming home. But I can not see myself being happy down there ALL DAY/ EVERY DAY when you can't really see out. There is one egress window and we have talked about adding 2 more but you still can't see out as well. So then yes, I thought it would be a great idea to move Jade down there. However its going to take alot of money to get it looking like a nice cozy basement. A place someone would want to go to to sleep. So now I am voting for option 3. I am not excited about giving up my HUGE room. This master suite is the size of our little house! Plus I just got it looking the way I wanted it. Hubby is still voting for option 1.
Well, yesterday morning before I sent Jade to school I talked with her about it. I gave her the options and of course she was a smart girl and voted for option 3. Maddison is too little to vote and she already sleeps up there at night anyways. So she is voting option 3. Abby has always wanted to be sleep upstairs and goes up there during the day at naptime when there is no preschool. She watches cartoons for 20 minutes and then bugs me the rest of nap time! So she is voting option 3!
When Hubby came home from work yesterday I told him I talked with Jade and she would rather be upstairs. I said though I didn't want to re-paint the walls. We could find something girly to go with the brown walls and get them new girly curtains. His response was "Well, I am glad you 4 ladies decided this without me".
So we took a trip to Menards lastnight to look around and try to get some ideas we found some very cute wall stickers. Love the idea of wall stickers! So good bye to the red and hello pink! It actually looks like we picked the shade of brown we have on the walls to match these stickers. I am not excited to give up my suite but I am excited how cool these stickers look. And they are Pink!! Who doesn't love pink? Well, I am sure alot of people but I love it!

I told hubby that I can't help him move beds and dressers but I would find someone to help him. He didn't like that either. He told me he could do it on his own. We might be having a boy but I hate to say this but he's still out numbered!! The girls will always win!!

Now as for Baby Boy Wynn who still has no name, he will be getting Jade's room. I am really hoping this is all done before he arrives. I never got to do a special baby room for Maddison because our other house was so little. She had to sleep in our room and it was crowded in there. So I am excited to do a baby room this time. The walls are currently light green and for now we will leave them green and probably decorate the room in cars and trucks. I got a bedding set on clearance (oh I love clearance) which I have been hiding in the closet since before I even knew it was a boy! I got it very cheap and figured it would always sell on E-Bay if I had a girl. Oh there was butterfly and flower decals on the wall but those got painted over today at naptime!

Hubby and I will be moving to the Pink Fairy room (currently Abby and Maddison's room)! Oh how exciting. Pink Fairies. It is a really cute girls room and I owe my children to my sister for all her help in the painting and hanging the border but sadly it may have to go. I can not imagine telling Hubby at this point we need to keep the Pink Fairy room. I think he would move to the basement himself!

Now no need to worry about space for the 3 girls in the same room. The master suite is huge. It will be perfect for them. They even get a bathroom! The room is large enough too that we don't have use their bunk beds either. Making bunk beds is one job I have never liked.

I will show pictures once everything done. I am hoping to do this over the weekend. Hubby would probably prefer to wait until I say "Hun, its time. I am in labor"! I like to be prepared. I got a huge to do list before the baby arrives. Its only getting started.

Oh and PS I think I was brainwashed by my mother. She had many reasons why "HER" girls shouldn't move downstairs.

The new toys

Here are a few pictures of what Sweet Baby Girl and I bought at the sales on Saturday. We have neighborhood sales on June 4,5 and 6. So I am doing a sale on that Saturday, June 6! I need to make up what I have spent! Anyone who wishes is welcome to come sell too! The neighborhood will be posting signs in the yards of those participating a few days in advance for advertisement! I am excited to participate this year. Last year we moved in a month too late.
The new doll cradle!

The new Pony!

The new trucks and bus! I must not be very observant! The big bus plays music if you turn it upside down and turn it on! It plays the wheels on the bus. I didn't even know this until yesterday afternoon.

Happy Birthday!

Wow two posts in the same morning. I am the only one up and its just about 8am. I've even taken my shower already! The girls are getting their pictures taken today as long as they all feel well. Sweet Baby Girl had a bit of a fever lastnight when we got home. It was about 100 degrees.

Are you wondering who's Birthday it is? Well its my blogs half birthday. Yes, 6 months ago I made my first post! Now about 134 posts later here we are. Can you believe for 6 months I have been typing away and sharing pictures with you. I hope you all stay with us because every day is exciting in the Wynn House. I am very blessed to be the mom of the house! Even if I have to always do the dishes. So stay for awhile longer and I will continue to keep you as updated as I can.

Sweet Baby Girl is also celebrating today! She is 14 months old today! Wow time goes by so fast.

garage sales

Well, I will say it was worth getting up early. I got a lot of baby boy clothes. A few things for Sweet Baby Girl. I even found some toy trucks which I am sure Baby Boy Wynn will love when he's old enough to play and for now Sweet Baby Girl can play with them.

At the first sale I had to buy Sweet Baby Girl and pair of mittens. Yes, it was May, 16th yesterday and it was so windy and cold that she needed mittens. I even saw people having the sales sitting in the garage way in the back corner with winter hats on! Thankfully the mittens were only 25 cents and she actually seemed to like them.

I am so happy with the rugs I found! I bought 2 rugs for $1 each that I have already put down in the laundry room. My laundry room is not a very exciting room but the cement floor is always cold even with socks on. The rugs works great in front of the washer and dryer!

When I went to Garage sales a few weekends ago I wanted to find a jean jacket for Sweet Baby Girl but didn't see one. Yesterday my sister found one! I am not sure how much it was because some sales took the tags off things and others left them on. I think it was $1.50. I also found her a NEW old navy long sleeve shirt for 50 cents! Still has the store tag on it. She will be able to wear it in the fall.

Auntie M bought Sweet Baby Girl a wooden doll cradle! Just $5. I was told to offer less but all we had was $5 bill. Felt funny saying I want a $1 back so we paid the $5 they were asking. For just $3 I got Sweet Baby Girl a wooden pony! She just loves it.

I even bought myself something besides the rugs! Which I hardly ever do. I am always buying for everyone else. I did happen to stop at a sale and she had many many green vases and green dishes. I bought two small little green pieces for my kitchen. They were just 25 cents each.

That's about it for my garage sale excitement. I hope you are as excited as I am about my good deals. My hubby didn't seem interested. The big girls though had fun looking at what I bought. Of course they were excited when I got home. They spend a few hours with dad yesterday at the Water Park! They had a blast.

Maybe sometime this week I get some pictures taken of my hot items!

An Early Morning

Because I have some really dedicated readers I am taking a few minutes to write a post. I will tell you though its early. Its earlier than I am awake during the week! Sweet Baby Girl decided to wake up at 3:50am. Of course it was mom's job to cuddle with her when she wouldn't go back to sleep. I let her fuss for a bit but she wanted to cuddle. Well by the time she fell asleep it was 4:20am and I laid in bed and listened to the wind. It sounded like we were going to have a Wizard of Oz. It was terrible sounding. Well I ended up getting up at 5am!

Yes, its Saturday. No I don't like getting up before 6:30am. However I am going garage saling! Yes, I am crazy. The plan is to leave here in 15 minutes which will be 6am. I sure hope to find some good deals. Not sure what I am looking for though.

Well, I am off. I am sure my curling iron is hot by now. Of course I need my hair to look good cuz my eyes will look terrible. Its going to hit me around lunch time that I missed a few hours of sleep.

Sweet Baby Girl is coming with me. I need to get her up and get her dressed. Hubby is having a day with the big girls. He is thinking water park so that's why the little one is having a day with mom.

I sure hope I get some good food out this shopping trip!! Enjoy your day. I hope to!

Sweet Baby Girl

Just wanted to share some photos of Sweet Baby Girl in her rocking chair. She got this from her special Godparents for Christmas. She is now finally getting old enough to sit in it and not have mommy be afraid she will fall! My baby is turning into a big girl way too fast.
I just love her shirt! Its from a garage sale. Its an old navy shirt and looks brand new. My good deal was only 50 cents! Can't beat that!
Sweet Baby Girl went to the doctor today to have her iron checked. It was low back when she had her 9 month check up but today it was fine and she hasn't been taking any kind of iron supplement! I spoke to the doctor about her eating habits. The doctor said its ok to give her what we are having for meals even if she don't eat it. She said not to give her something else. If she throws it on the floor we should just tell her no (which we do and she laughs) and not give her anymore. I don't want her to be hungry but I also don't want meals to be such an issue on what to feed her. I wonder if somehow she understood the doctor and that I shouldn't baby her when it comes to what she eats. She ate her lunch and she ate snack. At snack we had cheese and crackers.... she hasn't eaten cheese for me the last 5 times I gave it to her. So maybe she's turning her food attitude around! We'll see what supper brings.

Always a Struggle

We love our Rose but each morning its a struggle to get her dressed. If I pick out her clothes its not what she wants. If I let her pick out her own clothes then I am in trouble for not helping her and she doesn't match. She pouts. Her lip sticks out. She hides in her room. There was one morning that I refused to give in to her and she sat in her room getting dressed for ONE HOUR! If its cold out she wants to dress for a heat wave and if its hot out she wants to dress like we are going to visit Alaska! I have no idea what to do with her but continue to struggle through each morning getting her dressed. She has really been into dresses but who owns a dress for every day of the week? Not anyone in this house (I am not big on dresses). I took her picture today and I think she looks really cute. This used to be The Dancer's shirt. Who wouldn't want this cute outfit? If she knew what was in my closet I think she would appreciate her clothes better. Maybe when she's older.

I will say that I am not looking forward to the fall when she joins The Dancer at the Catholic School. They have a uniform policy there. White shirts with a collar, khaki pants. Can add color by adding a blue or red plain sweatshirt or sweater. Thankfully they can also wear khaki skirts and jumpers. Any tights are allowed so you can get pretty crazy with that! I am afraid our getting dressed struggles will get worse.

Wednesday's Picture!

The dancer riding her bike home from school! She has been bugging to ride bike to school and I wasn't sure I was ready to let her. We made a deal last Friday if she got all her spelling words right she would be rewarded with getting to ride bike to school on Monday. I watched her leave in the morning and she did really well. She knew to stop at the end of the side walk as she does when she walks and walk her bike across. She even wore her helmet and didn't complain! She is in 1st grade and she had to get some hard words right: remember, leaves, equipment. Those were the tough ones last week. Now this week they are: question, enough, quite. The other words are usually much easier.

Update on Hubby: So they told Hubby he was back to 5 days a week at work. That lasted maybe 2 weeks. Then they told part of the company they had to go to 4 days but not hubby. Now last week he had to take Friday off and they told him again this week Friday off. Yesterday they said next week though he needed to take Wednesday off (more of a benefit to the company I guess). Well today they changed their minds again! Now next week he's back to full time again! Oh its better than no job at all but this is getting old. We wanted to make an apt. for next week when he had off but now good thing we waited. I was able to get it this Friday when he's home! So it worked out but this not knowing crap is getting old and I don't like it.

Sweet Baby Girl

Last week Sweet Baby Girl and I enjoyed a tea party!
Chocolate is delicious at tea parties!

She's starting to be a stinker! Today she got into the movies, again!
She's been a very picky eater. There are alot of things I make that she won't eat. She knows if she throws it on the floor we don't make her eat it.

She still isn't walking. She is scooting on her bottom. She can get going pretty fast too. She knows how to scoot to her room, the dancer's room and also to the bathroom! She loves playing in The Dancer's room. When I try to get her to stand up she thinks its funny. She will on purpose fall to her button or fall towards me to I catch her. Then she will laugh and start clapping. I just hope she starts walking before the baby comes.

We've been trying to teach her where her nose and ears are. Its so funny because she can pull on my ears and try beeping my nose but she can't find hers!
Hubby said she bit him. Which I guess is possible but I don't want her to be a biter. He was carrying her and she was giving him a hug and supposedly she bit him on the shoulder. Hopefully she won't do this again.
She can say ball, bye bye, hi, momma, da da, Amy, Emma, and sometimes she can say Abby and baby. She can blow kisses!
She's a sweetheart and we love her even if she's a stinker!

Before I was a Mom

I had this emailed to me in a forward and I wanted to share it with everyone. The best job I have ever had is being a Mom!

Before I was a Mom, I never tripped over toys or forgot words to a lullaby.

I didn't worry whether or not my plants were poisonous..

I never thought about immunizations.
Before I was a Mom, I had never been puked on.
Pooped on.
Chewed on. Peed on.

I had complete control of my mind and my thoughts. I slept all night.
Before I was a Mom, I never held down a screaming child so doctors could do tests.

Or give shots.

I never looked into teary eyes and cried.

I never got gloriously happy over a simple grin. I never sat up late hours at night watching a baby sleep.

Before I was a Mom, I never held a sleeping baby just because I didn't want to put her down.

I never felt my heart break into a million pieces when I couldn't stop the hurt.

I never knew that something so small could affect my life so much.
I never knew that I could love someone so much. I never knew I would love being a Mom. Before I was a Mom, I didn't know the feeling of having my heart outside my body.

I didn't know how special it could feel to feed a hungry baby.

I didn't know that bond between a mother and her child.

I didn't know that something so small could make me feel so important and happy.

Before I was a Mom, I had never gotten up in the middle of the night every 10 minutes to make sure all was okay.

I had never known the warmth, the joy, the love, the heartache, the wonderment or the satisfaction of being a Mom.

I didn't know I was capable of feeling so much, before I was a Mom .

Its Friday. Again my Husband is home. Not because he wants to be but because again they have gone back to a 32 hour work week. Wouldn't be so bad if he got his unemployment for the day. However the state has some glitches in their system. They are taking his Friday unemployment money for child support when his work is already taking out the very large amount of money. They still take the required amount chosen by the state. Now they just take more! Isn't that sweet of them.

I got the OK!

I got the ok to announce the great news. My sister is going to have- Oh maybe I should make my readers wait a bit longer!
Ok you talked me into telling you!
She is going to have a GIRL!
I wonder how my little boy is going to feel entering the world and being surrounded by all GIRLS!?!

Did you know?

Did you know I have a sister? Only one and I wouldn't trade her for the world. Did you know I am so excited for her. She is going to have a baby! Did you know that she had an ultrasound today and saw her baby! Everything looks great. Did you know that she found out what she is having? Did you know I am so excited for her?

One more thing- Did you know I know what she is having?!?!

Wednesday

Rose came home yesterday from preschool with a colored flower. I assumed she did it.
Later in the night she told me that her friend N-
made it for her
(the little boy who wants to marry her)!
She fell asleep on the living room floor after supper and playing outside.

Guess she had a long day!
She's got curl! (some days are better than others)

I got CRAPPED on!

We made it to the garage sales! My sister bought 2 books and spent $2.00! I did spend a bit more and found a few clothing items for the girls. I got 2 winter coats for Sweet Baby Girl for $2.00 each. One of them looks like its never been worn! I found some baby boy socks that look new and 2 outfits. Most of the sales had tons of girl clothes. We also saw alot of infant car seats (which I would never buy a used one unless I knew who's it was and that is wasn't in any accidents). There were some sales that had small toys but very dirty. I thought most people would have cleaned up there stuff a bit before trying to sell it. Might have sold faster. We happen to run into my grandparents who gave us a sample of the Homemade Amish Donuts they bought. Very tasty. We had to go get our own!

After the sales we went to pick up the girls! They didn't seem to have missed me as much as would have liked. Sweet Baby Girl was more interested in the little puppy! The babysitter seemed to have kept the girls busy and they can't wait to go back! They even got their toenails painted. We went to lunch after that at the Cafe with my cousin and my grandparents.

After lunch we went back to my sister's house to clean up our things and rest a bit before we headed for home. Well, did I ever get crapped on! I was getting Sweet Baby Girl into her car seat and all of sudden out of the blue something wet a gooey hit my arm. I look at it to find that I was crapped on by a bird! Very yucky. Then after cleaning that up we head out. As I was heading down the road my gas light came on. Ok fine I will put gas in. So I pull into the ONLY station in town and the pump wouldn't work. It said pay attendant. So I went in and the lady tells me I can not get gas because the pumps are not working. Ok I have 3 kids in my van and my gas light is on. I really didn't want to go to far looking for gas and happen to run out with 3 kids in the van who were almost asleep already. So we headed to a near by town to get gas. Just roughly 3 miles out of our way. But I felt better doing that than heading to the bigger town and taking a chance of running out completely on our way. So when I have the kids and most other times I do the pay at the pump thing. Saves me time in having to get the kids out and take them in to pay. So I did that. Got back in the van and buckled. Right as my seat belt clicked Rose says "Well, I do need to go to the bathroom". So we all got out and went inside to go potty. I felt like I was never going to get home. I was so tired. After that all went well and we made it home.

The first official "babysitter"

So I have hired the first official "babysitter" for my girls. In my town I have talked about it with a few other mothers but never hired anyone mainly because I don't know anyone old enough to hire. Well, tonight I am going to my sisters house and in the morning we are going to some garage sales. The town next to my sister has citywide sales and I am sure its nothing to get too excited about but I felt a babysitter would be a good idea. I mean really how much garage saling can you do with 3 little girls? So I have hired my cousin who thankfully lives in the same town as my sister. She is 16 years old and I am sure the girls will have a lot of fun. It will only be for about 3 hours. That's if the sales are good! Wouldn't it be great to find a BRAND NEW double stroller in the box yet at garage sale price! Yes, I am dreaming. I will let everyone know if I catch any good deals. My plan is to be up, showered and have all 3 girls ready at 8am! Oh and my sister ready too!

A farmer's wife!

I visited Rose's preschool today for a conference with her teacher. She had a very good report. I found one thing funny. I was able to see the progress Rose has made in her drawings. The most recent drawing of a person just happen to be me! She drew a baby in my tummy. The baby even had its mouth, nose and eyes! It is just the cutest thing!

About 2 weekends ago when I was working at a Carnival for my daycare association alittle boy from Rose's preschool came to my game. I recognized him and asked if he was N- and if he knew my daughter Rose. This little boy is the cutest thing. Little boy face with glasses. I wish I had a picture of him. He looked at me and said "Yes, I know Rose, I am going to marry her". He didn't hesitate when answering me or even think about it. He knew right way what he wanted to tell me. His mom told me that he comes home everyday after school and he always tells her about Rose!

Well today at preschool I found out that they have talked about what they want to be when they grow up. Well N- told the class he wanted to be a farmer and Rose was going to be his wife! Then when it was Rose's turn she told the class she wanted to be a teacher. I guess N- told her she was going to be his wife and she can not be a teacher.
