Wynn Version!

It was a suggestion that I try making Cilantro-lime Chicken for dinner.
However my Husband doesn't really care for veggies and alot of other foods.
So I made a Wynn version of Cilantro-lime Chicken!
It was delicious.

I made chicken breast with a hint of lemon juice on them.
Also added some salt and pepper.
When the chicken was done I added some shredded cheese on top and
baked it again until the cheese was melted.

I served this with spanish rice and chips and salsa.
Of course Hubby never tried the salsa!

I had a tall glass of lemonade to go with it!
I love lemonade this time of year.

No salsa for hubby??? He'd never survive in this house, lol, we eat salsa all the time! :D I love cilantro & lime--one of my favorite combos!

The recipe I have...that hubby and daughter make....I only eat the chicken from it as the rest is really for seasoning. It has ginger and real limes squeezed, jalapenos, soy sause and cilantro and some other stuff. Its one of the yummiest things ever!!

I don't make it..they do! I just eat it!!! YUM!
