Calling all chocolate lovers. Here is something yummy to try. Not that I need to be eating cupcakes or cookies or much less one of each at the same time.
1 chocolate cake mix
1 package store bought cookies. (like the Pillsbury ones-24 in a package)
Make your cake mix as directed on the package. Place them in cupcake pans. Put one cookie in each cupcake. Do not bake the cookies first. Then bake at 350* for about 17 minutes.
After cupcakes cool frost with chocolate frosting. You can add chopped peanuts, sprinkles or even mini chocolate chips on top. One thing I did was puch the cookie down into the cupcake mix. This way the cookie stays in the cupcake! Enjoy!
