~Dance with Santa~

Today Jade had Dance with Santa! We went to the dance studio to see Santa and all the kids 3rd grade and younger danced. A very laid back show. Poor Jade was the only one in the right dance attire for her song. The other girls are in multiple dance classes and did not have time to change before hand. Being a laid back show it wasn't a big deal. I think its tough affording one dance class I don't know how some of them do more than one.

Its fun to watch Jade dance and see how much she has improved as she has gotten older. She used to watch the other kids and not pay attention to what she was supposed to be doing.

She has a real show on Dec. 18 and will dance 3 times!! Oh did I mention that is 3 different shows!! Its going to be a long day for us. Then in the spring she has a competition about 1 hour from here and one in the metro area. She will also have another dance show in the spring. She will be a busy girl.

When she dances in the metro area i think we'll make a family weekend out of it since its a 2.5 hour drive!

This Santa must be on Weight Watchers!! He was kind of thin.
