We're working hard

Today I said something about the snow outside and I happen to say Yuck along with it. I kind of said it to myself but Maddison and her daycare friend heard so they stood for a
while looking out the window.
Maddison's word were "SNOW, EWW, UCK"!
I wonder if she would have called it pretty if I did.
I haven't been real happy with my porch lately. Mainly because in the summer its so hot in there. Winter it is super cold. I would like to remove the windows and insolate it. However a few people I will leave unnamed have told me not to. So anyways, to spice it up a bit I have added a way to display art projects the daycare kids to. Above the coat cubbies (which are awesome to have) hubby helped me hang a light weight rope. Then I hung clothes pins on the rope to display the projects!

Today we made the candy canes. My group is pretty little so I cut out the square peices and put glue on their paper in the shape of a candy cane. They added the peices. We tried to get a pattern but that was a bit tricky yet for them.
Yes those Christmas trees look white! Maybe its snow!
I was out of green paper that day and the kids didn't really understand what
I meant by color the whole thing green. So just part of it is colored.

Maddison hard at work!
