Pow sandwiches and roasted potatoes!

Lastnight we had pow sandwiches and roasted potatoes! If you want the recipe I used for the roasted potatoes you can get that by clicking here! Hubby was happy I made the potatoes using Olive Oil instead of the usual veggie oil I usually use.

Pow Sandwiches
1 pound of cooked and cut up bacon
2 pounds of browned hamburger
tomato soup (enough to cover your hamburger and bacon)
shredded cheddar cheese (I love cheese so I use alot but you can use what you want)
hamburger buns.

Mix hamburger, bacon, soup, and cheese together and then place on half a bun. Put buns in oven at 350* until toasted and cheese is melted.

My mom always made these when I was a kid! I have to say I like these best with cheese but my mom always ate hers without (she dislikes cheese).  I always make enough to have one meal as a family and then use the leftovers for daycare the next day. Another thing I like about this recipe is I can make the hamburger and bacon during the kids nap time and put it in the frig. Then at supper time its just a quick 10-15 minutes and supper is ready!
